VOLUME EYELASH EXTENSIONS
This method is also known as Russian volume. The lash extensions used in this method are significantly thinner (Usually a 0.07 diameter lash extension is used) than the lash extensions used for the classic lash method.
Volume lashes are lighter, fluffier and give the client a fuller look. Volume lashes are prefect for clients who don't have a lot of lashes, have sparse lashes, bald spots or just want a more dramatic look without having to use a thicker lash.

Volume (3D) lashes are when multiple lashes are applied to one single natural eyelash individually isolating one natural eyelash at a time. Using very thin lashes. If two eyelash extensions are applied to one natural lash it’s described as 2D, if three eyelash extensions are applied to one natural eyelash then it’s described as 3D etc. Whereas, classic extensions use a method where 1 lash extension is glued to 1 natural lash. This method is also known as 1 to 1 or 1:1. Classic lashes are perfect for clients who already have a lot of lashes, but want to add more length. Classic lashes look more natural.
How long does it take?

This technique contains a lot of nuance and requires a significant amount of skill compared to classic eyelash extensions. As a result Volume Lashes can take a little longer than my other services, roughly 2-3 hours for full set.

How is it done?

Russian Volume Lashes consist of applying multiple lash extensions to each natural eyelash in a fanned shape. This can result in having 200- 500 eyelash extensions applied to each eye, rather than the regular 80-100 extensions per eye with the classic 1:1 eyelash extensions. The extensions used are even lighter, and finer than Siberian Mink Eyelash extensions, which means multiple lashes can be applied without damaging the lash, looking “clumpy”, or feeling too heavy and unnatural. When multiple volume lashes are applied, they create a full and natural feather-effect look. 2D = approximately 200 lashes per eye, 3D = approximately 300 lashes per eye this can continue up to 5D.
How long does it last?

As there are significantly more lashes per natural lash (between two and five, depending on the service), Volume Lashes will last much longer before you will notice that you require a refill. Volume Lashes are known to last six to 8 weeks or indefinitely if maintained with refills.
What is the aftercare?

After care is very minimal. You can still continue with everyday activities as usual after the initial 24 hours after application. For the first 24 hours after your treatment, you cannot let the eyelash extensions get wet/near moisture. Brushing is recommended once a day after your shower, just to tidy them up a little when required. You will be provided with an aftercare sheet and eyelash brush after appointment.
