Why I Created a High-Quality DIY Lash Collection as a Lash Artist
As a professional lash artist with over a decade in the industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women feel confident, feminine, and empowered through the artistry of lashes. There’s something magical about the way a perfect set of extensions can transform not just someone’s eyes, but their entire energy.
But through all my years behind the lash bed, one thing became clear: life gets busy. Between motherhood, work, travel, and everything in between, not every woman can make it to the salon every two to three weeks. Yet that doesn’t mean she should have to sacrifice feeling beautiful and put together.
That realization is what inspired me to create my DIY Lash Collection. A professional grade, at home lash system designed for real women with real lives.
What Are DIY Lashes?
DIY lashes are an innovative alternative to traditional salon extensions. They’re applied under the natural lash line in small clusters using a gentle, long-lasting bond giving a seamless, lifted effect that mimics professional lash extensions.
Unlike strip lashes that can feel heavy or look obvious, DIY lashes are lightweight, flexible, and customizable. You can tailor the look to your mood or occasion , soft and natural for everyday wear, or bold and dramatic for a night out. The best part? They can last several days, sometimes up to a week, when applied correctly and cared for with proper sealers and removers.
They bridge the gap between daily makeup routines and professional lash sets, empowering women to take control of their beauty rituals without compromising quality.
Why I Created Them as a Lash Artist
Creating this collection wasn’t about replacing professional lash artistry, it was about elevating accessibility and empowerment.
I’ve watched countless clients feel discouraged when life’s timing or finances didn’t align with their fill appointments. Some were busy moms juggling nap schedules, others were students saving for tuition, and many were women craving convenience while still valuing their appearance.
I didn’t want them turning to low-quality, damaging products online that could harm their natural lashes or give a poor representation of what professional lash results look like. So, I created a DIY system that upholds the same standards of quality and comfort I demand in my salon.
Every lash in the collection is tested for softness, curl retention, and band flexibility. Each component from the bond to the sealer was developed with professional insight to ensure salon-level results at home.
